Vacuum Calibration Tables
CDS’s vacuum calibration tables provide a flexible platform for sizing rigid polymer profiles, such as window frames, fencing panels, and decking boards. The unit's stainless steel mounting rails can accommodate calibration tooling and an auxiliary tank, both of which can be supplied with controllable vacuum (dry sizing) or vacuum coupled with cooling water (wet sizing). Lateral, longitudinal, and vertical movement allows for optimal positioning of the table with the extrusion line. |
