Embossing & Brush-Scouring
Create stunning wood grain impressions with CDS’s Embossing stands, which embed a repeated, customer-specified pattern into extruded material. The speed can be set with a manual dial or a digital keypad for greater versatility. An oil-heating unit can be added for profiles that require heated rolls.
CDS’s Brushing/scouring machines create a continuous grain-like pattern in post-extruded applications, such as wood-plastic composite (WPC) decking boards. A full enclosure and a vacuum blower ensure that dust and chip build-up is minimized, and the brushes are all easily accessible for quick replacement.
