GS Series
Advanced technology in the new GS Series controller reduces
both complexity and guesswork in setup and operation. This
controller has many unique features which simplify this process. Drying temperature may be set by material type or by temperature. Should the resin flow stop, Una-Dyn’s patented Material SaverTM Mode will automatically set back the process temperature to a temperature maintenance level. When resin processing starts back up the Material Saver Mode
will automatically increase the process temperature to its drying level. This drying system can also be configured with several drying hoppers operating at different processing temperatures. Versatility and simplicity are the main design specifications for the GS Drying System. |

results in remarkably constant dewpoint process and
material temperatures throughout the drying cycle when
incorporated with our patented feed throat vent adapter.
Generally a material temperature control of ±2°F at the
extruder or molding machine throat becomes the standard. |
