150 Series
The 150 Series of low speed granulators is intended primarily for beside-the-press injection moulding applications. Immediate recycling of sprues and reject parts maintains product quality and eliminates the distribution and storage of waste and regrind. |
|
300 Series
The new 300 Series medium-size granulators are used for central granulation or beside-the-press operation with all kinds of moulding processes. Typical waste includes sprues, runners, moulded items, profiles, smaller pipes and sheets. |
|
400 Series
The 400 Series medium-size granulators are used for central granulation or beside-the-press operation with blow moulding, injection moulding and extrusion machines. Typical waste includes sprues, runners, moulded items, profiles, smaller pipes and sheets. |
|
500 Series
The models in the Rapid 500 Series is intended primarily for beside-the-press injection- and blow moulding applications. Immediate recycling of sprues and reject parts maintains product quality and eliminates the distribution and storage of waste and regrind. |
|
Rapid 10 Series
The Rapid 10 Series is an ultra low-speed (25 rpm) very quiet granulator ideal for grinding hard, thick-walled and/or brittle injection molding sprues and rejects at low capacities. The very slow speed helps to minimize noise, frictional heat, and component wear and tear. |
|
Rapid 60 Series
This granulator series is fully soundproofed yet compact, and is intended for high-volume central or beside the press operation. Granule output up to 800 kg/h makes it a versatile central granulator. |
|
Rapid 80 Series
These granulators are the workhorses of the Rapid line and are indeed for high-volume central or beside the press operation. Regrind output up to 4.000 kg/h makes them ideal for tough, high volume applications
Rotor diameter is 32" with cutting chamber widths up to 60" are available. |
|
Rapid Force
The high-capacity Force can handle large, thick waste
associated with injection molding applications as well as tops, tails, reject bottles and hot parison waste common to blow molding processes. Several infeed options accommodate
virtually any extrusion setup. |
