The Right Size Granulator for Your Plant
Good size reduction saves material and keeps your process steady. Adams Engineers works with Piovan UnaDyn to offer a full line of granulators. Small, medium, and large models all share the same goals: clean regrind, low noise, and simple service. You can place a Piovan granulator next to an injection molding machine, an extruder, or a blow molding line. Each size fits a different type of work. Here is the full lineup.
SMALL SIZE GRANULATORS
G17
For Small Injection Molding Machines
The G17 fits small injection molding machines and extruders. It makes regrind that is close in size to virgin pellet. This lets you add more regrind to the virgin blend without harm to part quality. You can change the rotor setup, reach all parts for service, and run the unit at a low noise level.
G25
Compact Granulator
The G25 is a compact press-side granulator. You can adjust the rotating knives to keep cuts clean and output steady. The noise level stays within EN limits. A range of discharge options helps it fit into most work cells.
MEDIUM SIZE GRANULATORS
B-S30
Flexible Granulator
The B-S30 uses a scissor cut with a double angle. This cut lowers heat and dust while it keeps output high. The frame is strong, and the unit opens fast for cleaning and service. You can pick from a range of feed and discharge options to match your line.

N55 | N60
For Plastic and Waste
The N55 and N60 handle heavy work and large parts. They have a wide feed mouth, strong motors, and a solid frame. The cut lowers energy use, heat, and dust. The rotor and blades resist wear, so the unit has a long service life.
LARGE GRANULATORS
G40
Multi-Purpose Granulator
The G40 works for injection, blow molding, and extrusion. For extrusion, you can add feed hoppers for sheet or pipe. The scissor cut lowers energy use, heat, and dust, and the side plates help the unit last. The hinged feed hopper lifts for service, and a full sound jacket keeps noise low.
N45
For Heavy Duty Work
The N45 handles heavy jobs with plastic, rubber, light metals, and waste. The scissor cut keeps output clean and uses less energy. The hopper and screen cradles swing open for fast service. A remote control box gives you more choice in where to place the unit on the floor.
